We purchased flooring from LL (or lumber liquidators) and they hired RW for the installation. The installers did a horrendous job and they refuse to send someone else out to fix the job. I spoke with the general manager of our region in Tennessee, Robert Lombardo, who seemed to be helpful at first but once LL flooring filed for bankruptcy I lost contact with him. The installers scratched, chipped, and damaged the floor. They also installed floor boards that were already bubbling and peeling. The scheduler, April Williamson, is extremely unprofessional and horrible to deal with, she hung up on me both times I’ve contacted her. RW flooring subcontracted to J&N flooring, Junior and Noah, who are probably not even licensed they did such a subpar job. Here are some pictures which don’t include quarter round that’s unattached, boards that are squishy, unleveled floor, and lifting boards that were hidden under our furniture. We also expressed our concern that one of the installers, Junior, was medicated while installing but this did not appear to be a concern to RW. The installation was far below industry standards. They not only installed the product incorrectly but damaged it in the process. I would not recommend to anyone.

RW Flooring is one of the main installers for LL Flooring. RW has their own installation guarantee of one year. I had them install a floor from LL the summer of 2024 and their installers made three separate trips to fix installation issues of improper subfloor prep and leveling, overlapping underlayment, tight fitment causing squeaks and there are still some dead squishy hollow areas, no doubt from issues most likely subfloor related. Pretty sure they didn't glue and nail the new subfloor correctly. The first time they were there I pointed out the squishy parts and they said "give it some time to settle". Each time they came out I was somehow to blame for not telling them it wasn't right before they left. Wouldn't a professional installer know when he's installing and walking on the floor that he isn't doing something right? Some of the issues we found are just from walking around the house in socks. Just that simple. Regardless, LL went into bankruptcy during this time and I was hoping at least RW would honor their own installation guarantee. They do not. I feel like they are taking this opportunity to avoid fixing installation issues and directed me to file a claim through the bankruptcy courts via LL. I paid close to $10k in total for a premium hybrid floating floor, most of which is demolition and install labor, all from RW. Just dismissing customers because their path runs through a company like LL is wrong in my opinion. This isn't right RW. You got paid to do a job that isn't quality. You can do better. I called you to ask what the next steps are and you just sent me a text back with a link. You could of at least called me back and walked me through the "why".Update in response to RW on this Review 11/4 - No one from RW visited to inspect the current issues which are different than issues reported prior so nobody "thoroughly reviewed" anything. The new subfloor was not sanded nor leveled and we are seeing the result of that over time. I've asked other installers and as soon as I tell them the subfloor wasn't sanded and leveled, they just kinda cringe. There are issues with the flooring as well, which I know you cannot control, but you're responsible for the install.
